SALES AND SERVICES AGREEMENT

Welcome to Clana Mobile Steam Clean.

This Agreement describes the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Services. This Sales and Services Agreement (hereinafter known as the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between Clana Mobile Steam Clean. (hereinafter known as “Clana Mobile Steam Clean”, “us”, or “we”) and the client (hereinafter known as “you”, “your”, or “Customer”) who by accessing our website and the related mobile website (collectively, hereinafter known as the “Websites”) and by using the business Services offered by Clana Mobile Steam Clean (hereinafter known as the “Service” or “Services”), accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions (hereinafter known as “Terms” and/or “Conditions”) of this Agreement. In addition, when using our Services, the Customer shall be subject to any guidelines or rules applicable to such Services posted on our Websites. When the Customer makes an online reservation on the Websites, this Agreement shall be accurately read and agreed to by the Customer before completion of the Services purchase process and appointment reservation. Once the reservation has been made, the Customer is bound under the Terms and Conditions herein. Any participation in our Services will constitute acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the Terms and Condition of this Agreement, please do not use our Services. You may not access or use any Services unless you agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement. If you do not understand any of the terms of this Agreement, please contact us before using the Services. 

The Websites and its components are offered for informational purposes only; Clana Mobile Steam Clean shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the Websites, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.

Reservation Terms & Conditions

  • Clana Mobile Steam Clean requires a minimum of $40.00 to make a detailing reservation.
  • The Customer agrees to provide accurate, current and complete information as required for the reservation and purchase of the Services. Clana Mobile Steam Clean reserves the right to block further sales to Customers who provide false, inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • All reservations placed require a physical Service address within Clana Mobile Steam Clean’s Service area, a mobile phone number, package or Service selection and vehicle/car size selection.
  • Vehicle/car conditions outside of the packages and Services offered can be priced via an onsite estimate. Please contact us for more information and to schedule the onsite estimate.
  • Service requests are not guaranteed at time of the reservation and may be cancelled at any time at the sole discretion of Clana Mobile Steam Clean.
  • The Customer should remove ALL personal belongings including and not limited to money, jewelry, weapons, child safety seats, child booster seats and all significant items from the vehicle/car scheduled to be detailed PRIOR to the detailing Service.
  • If personal belongings are not removed from the vehicle/car being detailed, we will do our best to clean AROUND the personal belongings but cannot promise your total satisfaction and this voids our Service guarantee. We reserve the right to cancel the appointment based on the amount of personal items left in the vehicle/car being Serviced as it would not allow us to effectively detail the vehicle/car and you will be subject to the full Service charge.
  • The Customer must inform Clana Mobile Steam Clean if for any reason they do not want a specific area of the vehicle/car to be cleaned or detailed in the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION field during the checkout process.
  • If the detailing Service selected includes cleaning a child safety seat, you must uninstall the child safety seat to be cleaned and Clana Mobile Steam Clean will not reinstall it. It is the Customer’s responsibility to reinstall the car seats based on the instruction manual or car owner manual.
  • For a complete contactless Service, we will contact you upon arrival and you can unlock your car remotely (from inside your home) or physically open if when we arrive. We will abide by social distancing guidelines.
  • If you need to leave us the keys, please make sure they are available to us upon arrival. We will return them to the original place once we have finished. Clana Mobile Steam Clean is not responsible for lost or stolen keys before we arrive or once we leave the premises.
  • For exterior only services you have the option of not leaving the key or opening the car for us. Understand that if we cannot open the car, we will not be able to clean frame door sills, door jambs or the rear trunk sill (not visible) properly.
  • Clana Mobile Steam Clean will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property including the vehicle/car being Serviced, any belongings contained inside of the vehicle/car or to the location where the Services take place.
  • It is the Customer’s responsibility to assure that the vehicle/car is being Serviced in a lawful, safe area and if the Customer feels otherwise they need to communicate these concerns to Clana Mobile Steam Clean IMMEDIATELY (via phone/voicemail or email).
  • The vehicle/car being detailed must be parked where there is ample working space ALL AROUND the vehicle/car (minimum of three feet on each side).
  • Ensure all vehicle/cars that will be leaving your home are adjusted or relocated. Clana Mobile Steam Clean may not be able to complete your detailing Service if we need to break down our setup to allow other vehicle/cars to move.
  • Clana Mobile Steam Clean’s Service vehicle/car cannot be obstructed.
  • All vehicle/cars are detailed at the Customer’s own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning and detailing processes.
  • The Customer agrees to disclose if the vehicle/car being Serviced has interior or exterior full or partial vehicle/car wraps, window wraps, vehicle/car paint protection films and/or non-factory tinted windows.
  • All detailing duration times on the Websites are an estimate ONLY. Each vehicle/car’s true condition is different and may require more or less time to complete the original detailing Service requested.
  • Clana Mobile Steam Clean reserves the right to change the detailer at short notice and without penalty.
  • Clana Mobile Steam Clean reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule a reservation in line with staffing levels, weather conditions and machinery/equipment failure without penalty to the company. Clana Mobile Steam Clean will contact the Customer with alternative scheduling options. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.
  • Clana Mobile Steam Clean must have permission to collect the Customer’s debit/credit card details and to hold this debit/credit card details to secure the reservation. All debit/credit cards will be processed by Stripe.com.
  • Clana Mobile Steam Clean reserves the right to refuse Service to anyone.
  • Clana Mobile Steam Clean reserves the right to refuse or deny Customer demands above and beyond the selected detailing package.
  • Clana Mobile Steam Clean will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse toward any staff under any circumstances and will take the relevant actions should any such behaviors be encountered.

Cancellation/Refund Terms & Conditions

  • We require at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule any detailing Service reservation. Customers can cancel via email, reservation SMS text reminder, phone or voicemail.
  • If the Customer fails to provide at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule their Service reservation, this will result in a charge of $30.00.
  • Same day reservations that are cancelled or rescheduled will incur a charge of $30.00.
  • Clana Mobile Steam Clean reserves the right to alter or amend a reservation time/date in line with staff levels, weather conditions and machinery/equipment failure without penalty to the company and wherever possible will promptly inform the Customer.
  • We reserve the right to charge the credit/debit card the full value of the Services should the vehicle/car(s) not be available or ready for detailing at the confirmed time and location and/or the reservation has not been cancelled in advance.

Pricing Terms & Conditions

  • All sales and payments will be in US dollars.
  • Clana Mobile Steam Clean requires a minimum of $60.00 to make a detailing reservation.
  • Clana Mobile Steam Clean Service prices are based on detailing type, package, vehicle/car size, TRUE condition of the vehicle/car and location distance and will be considered as a FROM price.
  • The price that we will charge the Customer for the Services will be the price as posted on the Websites. Clana Mobile Steam Clean reserves the right to change prices for Services at any time, and we do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of promotions or price decreases.
  • Prices displayed on the Websites do not include local and/or state taxes that will apply to all Services.
  • Services are charged upon completion of the detailing Service requested. Clana Mobile Steam Clean is a cashless Service and may only process payment through a valid debit/credit card.
  • All cleaning services that involve EXTRA heavy stain removal, EXCESSIVE mud, pet hair, urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other extreme, hazardous materials require a time and price quote. Please contact us to schedule a quote appointment. Specific days are reserved for these types of services due to the time needed and the vehicle/car will need to be dropped off and cleaned at our location.
  • Clana Mobile Steam Clean reserves the right to charge each vehicle/car according to its TRUE condition, true vehicle/car size and the Service location.
  • Clana Mobile Steam Clean reserves the right to amend any price before the detailing Service is performed should the condition of the vehicle/car differ from the original reservation. The Customer will be notified immediately of the amended price before beginning the detailing Service.
  • Any credit/debit card declined, will require the Customer to immediately provide an alternative form of payment for the Service provided. Clana Mobile Steam Clean will start a collection process 48 hours immediately after the Customer’s credit/debit card is declined.
  • Full payment is due at the completion of the detailing Service. Refusal or failure to pay for your Service invalidates our Service guarantee and any redo Services or discounts are at the sole discretion of Clana Mobile Steam Clean.

Service Guarantee

  • Any claims must be filed within 12 hours of the completion of the Service by email, phone or voicemail. Pictures (and videos if any) of the unsatisfactory portion of the Service must be emailed to contact us within 12 hours of the claim being made. Clana Mobile Steam Clean will work toward a resolution based on the information received.
  • If there is probable and clear cause that the Service technician did not fulfill the Services as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will, at our cost, redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the Service.
  • Cleaning the vehicle/car personally or professionally after Clana Mobile Steam Clean Services your vehicle/car, voids this Service guarantee (redos, refunds or reimbursements).
  • Refusing a redo appointment for the unsatisfactory portion of the Service, limits any refunds to 20% of the value of your Service.
  • For refunds: Clana Mobile Steam Clean will credit the amount paid for the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the Service (minus 20%) to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Clana Mobile Steam Clean does not control when a specific credit card company processes a chargeback transaction. The Customer is responsible for contacting their credit card company with questions about the status of the chargeback.
  • Failure to disclose at the time of the online reservation any conditional issues that involve excessive mud, extra heavy stains, extremely foul odors, human or animal biological waste, excessive mold, excessive mildew, excessive chemical spills, chemical overspray or any other hazardous materials voids our Service guarantee. No refunds, redos or any additional work will be performed outside of the original package or estimate. We reserve the right to cancel the appointment if the severity of the condition of the vehicle/car being Services would not allow us to effectively detail the vehicle/car and you will be subject to the full Service charge.
  • Some vehicle/car conditions or issues may require Services beyond those the Customer ordered. Refusing the Services recommended by customer service or your on-site technician may invalidate the Service guarantee.
  • Only Services included in your order and additional Services authorized by Clana Mobile Steam Clean are covered under our Service guarantee. Any Services not authorized by Clana Mobile Steam Clean are at the own risk of the Customer.
  • The headliner will be gently cleaned, if needed or requested; however, there may be remaining stains. The glue used for headliners will start to release if cleaned more aggressively or with stronger cleaners. Please understand that headliners may not come completely clean due to this reason.
  • If the detailing Service selected includes cleaning a child safety seat, you must uninstall the child safety seat to be cleaned and Clana Mobile Steam Clean will not reinstall it. It is the Customer’s responsibility to reinstall the car seats based on the instruction manual or car owner manual.
  • For a complete contactless Service, we will contact you upon arrival and you can unlock your car remotely (from inside your home) or physically open if when we arrive. We will abide by social distancing guidelines.

  • For exterior only services you have the option of not leaving the key or opening the car for us. Understand that if we cannot open the car, we will not be able to clean frame door sills, door jambs or the rear trunk sill (not visible) properly.
  • Clana Mobile Steam Clean does not accept liability for discharged batteries during or after the Service has been completed. We will make every effort to ensure all vehicle/car lights have been turned off; however, the Customer should inspect the vehicle/car after the Service is rendered to assure all interior lights, headlights, or running lights have been turned off.
  • Driver side, passenger side and rearview mirrors will move during the cleaning process. We cannot/will not readjust these mirrors. The client is responsible for readjusting them before driving.
  • Clana Mobile Steam Clean cannot guarantee any firm times when accepting your reservation.
  • Clana Mobile Steam Clean will make every effort to keep scheduled reservation to the requested arrival window; however, unforeseen circumstances may cause lateness and are done so without voiding our cancellation policy.
  • Cleaning and reconditioning vinyl or leather surfaces will make these more slippery. Clana Mobile Steam Clean cannot be held responsible for any incident related to this. Use EXTREME caution.
  • We cannot make promises when it comes to full removal of stains and/or odors from vehicle/cars. Please be aware that some upholstery and carpets can be beyond cleaning and may not completely clean up as expected. Some stains are permanent. We will inform you on what options you may have. Most odors cannot be removed by cleaning alone.
  • Pet hair and sand are two of the toughest elements to fully remove with normal vacuuming. The full removal of either element is not guaranteed with any of our Service offerings; however, on most occasions we are successful at removing visual traces of both elements.
  • Full payment is due at the completion of the detailing Service. Refusal or failure to pay for your Service invalidates our Service guarantee and any redo Services or discounts are at the sole discretion of Clana Mobile Steam Clean.

INSURANCE, ACCIDENTS, PREEXISTING CONDITION AND DAMAGE

  • Clana Mobile Steam Clean is insured to operate wherever you may need Service. Notwithstanding negligence, Clana Mobile Steam Clean cannot be held responsible for damage to the vehicle/car while in our care. We are as careful as possible and if something does get damaged while detailing your vehicle/car, we will advise you of the incident. We will check the condition of your vehicle/car for any existing damage during the pre-inspection upon arrival. Additional pre-existing damage may be noted as the vehicle/car is cleaned or detailed. We will take pictures of your vehicle/car immediately before we begin the job. You agree not to hold Clana Mobile Steam Clean liable for pre-existing damage.

What we WILL NOT/DO NOT do

  • Offer rain check/rain re-wash guarantee.
  • Pull out or remove any car seats or installed special equipment.
  • Due to child safety, we will not pull out, move or reinstall child safety seats and/or booster seats under any circumstances. These must be removed before we arrive. Should the child safety seat be left in the vehicle/car we will do our best to clean AROUND the child safety seat but cannot promise your total satisfaction.
  • Remove or reinstall the spare tire.
  • Clean the undercarriage (under the car).
  • Use magic eraser on any surfaces.
  • Oxidation, dent and scratch repair/removal.
  • Headlight restoration or other restorative Services.
  • Steam clean aftermarket film tinted windows (non-factory tinted). Hand wash is needed.
  • Wash NEWLY installed tint, NEWLY full or partial vehicle/car wraps or protection films. Please follow your installation instructions and you are required to disclose these at point of sale.
  • Steam clean full or partial vehicle/car wraps, window wraps, vehicle/car paint protection films or interior wraps. Hand wash is needed. You are required to disclose these at point of sale.

Communications

  • Clana Mobile Steam Clean will communicate with the Customers via SMS text messages, emails, phone calls and voicemails. Depending on your mobile phone Service, you may incur costs from these messages from your mobile phone Service provider. Clana Mobile Steam Clean is not responsible for any of these potential costs.
  • Clana Mobile Steam Clean will email and/or send SMS text messages to the Customer a short satisfaction survey to gauge our Service quality and marketing strategies.
  • Clana Mobile Steam Clean will send SMS text messages to remind the Customer of their Service reservation.
  • Clana Mobile Steam Clean will communicate cancellations via SMS text messages, emails or direct phone calls/voicemails.
  • Clana Mobile Steam Clean may call you directly to confirm or clarify details of your reservation or for anything related to your Service reservation.
  • All inbound and outbound Customer calls may be recorded for quality assurance.

Information Use and Opting Out

  • Once you decide to purchase a Service, we will communicate with you via email, telephone, voicemail and/or SMS text messages to provide pertinent information regarding the Services you request and to manage your reservation. You may not opt-out of these transactional communications, which are not promotional in nature.
  • Currently, we do not offer promotional communications via telephone, voicemail and/or SMS text messages.
  • Clana Mobile Steam Clean sends periodic email marketing campaigns via the service provider, flodesk. You can opt out/unsusbscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the footer of our campaigs or by contacting us directly.

Gift Certificates (The online gift certificate platform is still under construction; call us to purchase these directly.)

  • Gift Certificates can be purchased on the Websites and require a $30.00 minimum purchase amount per certificate.
  • Our Gift Certificates must be redeemed on our Website, as full or part payment of Services from our Websites. Clana Mobile Steam Clean requires a minimum of $60.00 to make a detailing reservation and gift certificates can be used toward this minimum.
  • Gift Certificates will be delivered automatically by electronic means to the email address you specify at the time of the order. Our Gift Certificates include unique numbers and/or configurable patterns.
  • When ordering a Gift Certificate, you should ensure to enter the recipient’s email address correctly. We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the Gift Certificate.
  • Gift Certificates can be used multiple times until the balance has been consumed.
  • Gift certificates can be redeemed with any other additional discounts, coupons, or promotions.
  • The final price for Services rendered may exceed the value of this gift certificate.
  • Additional charges may apply to the redeemer if they choose a package that exceeds the cash value of their gift certificate.
  • Gift certificates reflect a cash value. Prices for Services may adjust due to seasonality, location, inflation, or demand.
  • Any balances for Services ordered are due at time of Service.
  • When ordering a gift certificate, you are responsible for confirming that the redeemer lives or will Service their car within Clana Mobile Steam Clean’s Service area.
  • A Gift Certificate cannot be used to purchase a further Gift Certificate.
  • Gift certificate are non-refundable.
  • Gift certificate do not expire.
  • Gift certificate are not rechargeable.
  • Website offers and promotions (including gifts with purchase and discounts) do not apply when purchasing gift certificates.
  • Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Gift Certificates may only be redeemed against Services purchased in the same currency as the Gift Certificate.
  • Where Services purchased with a Gift Certificate are refunded, monies owing will be refunded by a Gift Certificate.
  • We are not responsible if a Gift Certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.

Promotional Codes

  • Clana Mobile Steam Clean in Clana Mobile Steam Clean’s sole discretion, create promotional codes (herein known as the “Promo Code” or “Promo Codes”). that may be redeemed for discounts, or other features or benefits related to the Services and are subject to any additional Terms that Clana Mobile Steam Clean establishes on a per promotional code basis. The Customer agrees that Promo Codes: (i) must be used for the intended audience and purpose, and in a lawful manner; (ii) may not be duplicated, sold or transferred in any manner, or made available to the general public (whether posted to a public form or otherwise), unless expressly permitted by Clana Mobile Steam Clean; (iii) may be disabled by Clana Mobile Steam Clean at any time for any reason without liability to Clana Mobile Steam Clean; (iv) may only be used pursuant to the specific Terms that Clana Mobile Steam Clean establishes for such Promo Code; (v) are not valid for cash; and (vi) may expire prior to your use. Clana Mobile Steam Clean reserves the right to withhold or deduct credits or other features or benefits obtained through the use of Promo Codes by the Customer or any other user in the event that Clana Mobile Steam Clean determines or believes that the use or redemption of the Promo Code was in error, fraudulent, illegal or in violation of the applicable promo code Terms or these Terms and Conditions.
