How do I pay you?
You can pay via debit/credit card (Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover, Diners). Currently, we do not accept cash, Zelle, Venmo or PayPal. Full payment is needed to make your service reservation. Any additional services added on the day of the service will be invoiced shortly after the completion of the service. All debit/credit cards will be processed by Stripe.com.

Can you make an exception if I am outside of your service area?
We have expanded our service area, and you also have the option to drop off your car (by appointment). We do not have a waiting area and we can call you when it is ready for you to pick up.
What are your service hours and what days are you open?
All week 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes, and Yes with 24 hours advance notice to avoid cancellation fees. Follow the steps outlined in our Sales and Services Agreement (under Reservation Terms & Conditions).
Do I need to tip the technician?
Thank you for asking but this is not necessary. Our prices allow for fair payment to our service technician and a fair value to you.
Do you offer gift certificates or gift cards?

Enter your information and don’t forget to add a message. You can pre-pay for a package or pay toward a car detailing. The recipient picks the date, time, and location that works best for them. The gift card amount can be applied toward any package or service they select.
Do you offer same-day service?
We are often booked in advance but please call us as cancellations do happen and in that case we could certainly add you to the schedule.
Do I have to be present for the detail?
No, as long as you meet the requirements listed in our sales and Sales and Services Agreement (under Reservation Terms & Conditions).
Can steam damage the paint in my car?
No, paints made for automobiles are highly weather-resistant and supposed to endure extreme cold and heat. In general, the temperature of the steam on the washing surface is well below 100°C (212°F). The steam pressure is preset at 8 bars (116 psi). This is a relatively low-pressure rate, but powerful and sufficient enough to wash various surfaces clean and efficiently. Steam is not abrasive and therefore suitable for all kinds of vehicles. The steam is totally safe for the exterior and interior of your vehicle. Please let us know if the vehicle being serviced has interior or exterior full or partial vehicle wraps, window wraps, vehicle paint protection films and/or non-factory tinted windows as we will not steam those areas.
Is steam as effective as using water when cleaning a car?
Yes, the steam helps break down dirt very quickly and efficiently. Also, our machine is equipped with a moisture control valve that regulates the moisture to the steam for a depending on the level of cleaning needed. It easily lifts dirt and stains from carpet or upholstery and easily enters into hard to reach areas that are difficult to clean with other methods without producing overspray.
How do you sanitize a car?
The high temperature of steam is a self-cleaning and anti-bacterial treatment that kills 99% of bacteria, germs, fungus, molds, viruses and neutralizes odors. All this contributes to the overall air quality affecting you and your family’s health on a daily basis. We also offer a sanitizer fogging service as an add-on for that extra layer of protection.
Do you need access to water and/or electricity?
We do NOT need access to your water or electricity. We are equipped with everything needed to detail your car at the designated location.Â
